If we ever discontinue the service, we guarantee a minimum of 12 months' notice. All redirects stay live throughout that period, and we'll provide free tools to export or re-point your codes.

Download your code records and printable fallback files whenever you need them.
Abuse is handled separately
Unsafe, malicious, unlawful, or rights-infringing destinations can be suspended. That safety path is not triggered by non-payment.
Scanner privacy
We briefly truncate a scanner's IP address to make a daily scan bucket, then discard it. We store neither the raw nor truncated address, limit location to city level at most, and set no scanner cookies on redirects.
How we protect redirects
We check destinations for known threats, verify account emails, limit suspicious activity and monitor redirect health. Safety blocks are separate from billing status.
